We would like to quickly point out the joining the team is effortless! If you are in grades 9-12 and a student of Nebo School District, all you have to do is email Mr. Eastmond and ask to join.

Build Progress

As the 2021 season progresses, our team has been continually working on improving our competition robot, "Bot Ross", to be better than ever before! Some recent build highlights include:

Re-imagined power cell intake
Brand new power cell shooter concept
"Bot Ross" was reprogrammed in Java (last year we used Python)
Brand new AI Program that tracks and hunts down power cells with a LimeLight camera
Redesigned the ball indexer using fins and a VEX Robotics Limiter Switch
Reconfigured the shifting system in the new Java code files
Added Pneumatics Piston to lift and lower intake arm
Developed ideas for assembling shooter device
Prototyped shooter device assembly on Bot Ross
Successfully Built and attached shooter device assembly to Bot Ross
